Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Residential Solar team. This role is responsible for generating qualified homeowner appointments for Solar Account Managers through high-volume outbound/inbound prospecting and lead qualification. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging prospective customers, educating them on the benefits of residential solar, and scheduling qualified consultations. This position is focused on outbound calling, inbound lead management, follow-up communication, and appointment pipeline development.
