Manager, Amazon & Marketplaces Operations (Temp)

As the Manager, Amazon & Ecommerce Marketplaces, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of ILIA’s Amazon business and emerging marketplace channels. Reporting to the Director, you will own on-site execution across listings, content, and merchandising, while serving as the primary liaison with our agency partner on advertising performance. This role sits at the intersection of brand, operations, and commerce — requiring someone who can translate marketing initiatives into high-performing Amazon content, keep the business running smoothly at an operational level, and surface data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
