Job Summary: The General Accountant for Olympia Development is responsible for providing general accounting support to the organization including but not limited to preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, month-end closing, supporting the budgeting and annual auditing processes. Key Responsibilities: Audits all expense reports for approval signatures, accuracy, reasonableness and compliance with corporate policies. Handle online utility bill retrieval and payments for all properties. Coordinate with Accounts Payable to review of bank reconciliations to investigate stale checks, payment issues and duplicate payment review.…
