ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
Demonstrates proficiency in Client Associate responsibilities with an emphasis on financial strategy and analytics
Independently executes core financial and analytical tasks in support of client renewals and ongoing service
Supports Financial Strategists with complex financial and claims analysis
Performs stop-loss modeling and supports stop-loss marketing efforts
Produces contribution modeling and renewal financial analysis
Develops and maintains self-funded claims reporting and utilization reports
Prepares financial exhibits and analysis for renewal and marketing presentations
