About manufacturing company Plant Manager / Senior Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Operations Manager needed to run a steel fabrication plant. Experience with structural steel, automotive, or with fabricating machinery, equipment, or materials handling systems would be a suitable fit. Experience working in an operation that involves welding is a big plus. Work to maintain a safety-first culture Improve efficiencies in quality control and on-time shipments Oversee a production organization that keeps workers safe while maintaining cost control.
