About this role

The Global Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager will lead the design, governance, and execution of IMC’s global learning portfolio across regions. You will partner closely with global business leaders, HR, and regional stakeholders to translate IMC’s strategic priorities into scalable learning programs that build leadership capability, accelerate time-to-productivity, and strengthen organizational performance. Through your leadership, you will collaboratively develop and manage a portfolio of global learning programs to address gaps and build future capability.
