Job Description: The Vascular Anomalies Center (VAC) Nurse Coordinator serves as the clinical and operational coordinator for patients receiving care through the multidisciplinary VAC program. This position facilitates referral management, care coordination, clinic operations, patient and family communication, conference preparation, research support, and ongoing clinical monitoring.
