Job Description: This position provides coverage across the Central Pharmacy, OR, and ED, including day and evening shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are typically 8 or 10 hours. This position demonstrates consistent application of knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within the scope of their assigned practice. This position is responsible for the care of patients as well as the development of effective, professional relationships within the multidisciplinary team. Essential Functions Reviews patients' medication order for allergy interactions, duplication of therapy, appropriateness of drug therapy, and drug- drug interaction.
