About this role

Job Description: This position is responsible for operational management of Intermountain @ Home Hospital Level Care’s strategy and care delivery. Leads effective coordination with system strategies, resources, IT, Clinical Programs, and regional teams. Assists with the HLC at Home strategic planning, business development, and growth opportunities for Intermountain Healthcare, specifically in relation to Hospital Level Care at Home to enhance access, improve clinical outcomes, reduce the cost of care and gain efficiency that adds value to the healthcare proposition.
