Job Description: This position supports a department or function by performing assigned tasks or assisting with assigned projects, allowing the intern to gain an understanding of the business function. They learn to deploy, support, maintain and troubleshoot computers and other devices. This position allows the incumbent the ability to gain a subset of the total knowledge required within the support specialty area. Requires additional support and/or training to become fully proficient. This position is overseen by higher lever technical contributors such as the associate, staff, senior, and consultant professionals.
