About this role
Job Description: Supports Select Health Medicare growth and retention by educating prospects and members on Medicare Advantage products, benefits, enrollment options, and provider access. Conducts inbound sales support, proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and enrollment activities in compliance with CMS, state and federal regulations, and company policies. Shift is unique since we are required to fill hours required by CMS: April-September: 8AM-9PM M-Fr, shift changes daily to make it balanced October-March: 8AM-9PM 7 days a week, if working a weekend day, we give a weekday off Essential Functions Responds to inbound Medicare sales inquiries and conducts proactive outreach to assigned leads, prospects, and members.…
