About this role

Job Description: This is a position for an experienced Maintenance Painter in the Facilities Management department. The work focuses on painting and the caregiver may be assigned to work in a variety of areas of focus. A Maintenance Painter II is expected to assist in other facilities-related work as needed and assigned. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm, some nights, weekends, overtime possible * this person will need to be well versed in other areas as well to assist with projects and patient room remodels, plumbing experience is a plus* Essential Functions Responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of the hospital's interior and exterior surfaces.
