Job Description: A Patient Access Representative I - Float is responsible for traveling to regional locations as staffing dictates and providing excellent customer service and facilitating the registration and scheduling process for patients and visitors at Intermountain Health. The caregiver ensures that accurate and complete information is collected and entered into the system, verifies insurance and eligibility, collects co-pays and balances, and follows up on pending issues.
