Practice Manager

Job Description: The Practice Manager provides effective leadership and accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, patient-focused clinical care, quality assurance, and financial management. Scope This position is responsible for 6-10 provider FTEs and 13-23 staff FTEs. Manages providers' practices in such a way to achieve strategic organizational goals. This includes goals surrounding provider, employee, and patient engagement, and operational and clinical excellence in a dynamic and changing healthcare environment.
