About this role
Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring that all surgical supplies, instruments and equipment are properly inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, stored, distributed and tracked in a quality / timely manner throughout the hospital. Will train to perform these duties independently and without close supervision. Scope 1.Operates and monitors sterilization equipment. 2. Prioritizes daily tasked based on interpretation of surgical schedule, determining the requirement for instruments for each surgical case. 3.
