Job Description: The Pre-analytical Supervisor Complex oversees pre-analytical laboratory operations for a complex site or equivalent. The Pre-analytical Supervisor provides support to the Lab Manager regarding the day-to-day activities of personnel within an assigned area of the lab. The position supervises Phlebotomists and/or Lab Assistants and implements comprehensive quality programs in compliance with all standard operating procedures and regulations of certifying, licensing, and accrediting agencies. Must have a minimum of three of these targets to include: a facility with greater than 125 beds, 20,000 or greater patient days annually, inpatient revenue above $300k, average daily census greater than 50, and/or 4 or more specialty services.…
