Job Description: The Volunteer Coordinator supports a local volunteer service program and assists leadership in overseeing local volunteers and staff. At a small/medium sized facility, the Volunteer Coordinator acts as a single incumbent leadership role. In support of a large facility, the Coordinator acts as part of a multi-tiered leadership structure. Posting Specifics Pay Rate: Based on Experience Shift Details: 40 hours per week / full time benefits Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Essential Functions Assists manager with recruiting, screening, and placement of volunteers. Helps complete related paperwork and tracking. Supports manager in supervising and evaluating volunteers and in responding to volunteer needs and inquiries.
