Director of Operations

Multi-facility healthcare management position. Will oversee managers in our outpatient dialysis clinics in our Central Rivers Area which includes Hutchinson, Buffalo, Champlin, Rum River and other locations and will also require occasional commute to northern areas (Duluth, etc). Dialysis experience preferred but not required; must have prior management experience in a medical setting including direct reports, quality metrics, and P&L responsibility.
