Job Description Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience The core role of the Prototype & Tooling Production Manager is to manage a technical team focussed on supplying concept and tooling components for all areas of the business. The Dev-Shop team develop piece part manufacturing processes that comply with design for manufacturing principles, the role requires focus on developing the skills of staff to maximise production flexibility and to cater for new machine platforms planned for the department in the future. A key part of this is setting clear targets and objectives to the team and striving to minimise lead-times for delivery of parts to customers whilst working to a defined budget.…
