About this role
Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Development of test programs for Automated Test Equipment (ATE )platforms for memory products. Maintenance of test programs for sustaining manufacturing activities. Development of test programs for new product development, product characterizations and new tester platform development. Perform deep-dive and debug of test related issues. Collaborate with product engineering on quality, test time and yield improvement activities. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering (Technical) or its equivalent. Experienced in test program development on Automate Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as (but not limited to) Advantest, Nextest, Teradyne, etc.…
