About this role
Lead PL1 resource planning to support sustainable and profitable module growth while meeting company revenue targets. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Own end-to-end PL1 resource planning across Assembly to Test operations. Manage PL1 VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and Min/Max planning, ensuring accuracy and timely execution to support mid- to long-term module and segment growth, in alignment with PL1 strategy. Drive weekly short-term capacity (PP) planning to meet delivery commitments, division demand fulfillment, and revenue targets. Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Quality Management, and Industrial Engineering to ensure delivery stability, effective capacity planning and balancing, and achievement of company KPIs.…
