Infineon Technologies is leading the semiconductor high-reliability applications industry, including undersea, space and defense. In our backend operation and design site in Leominster MA, we develop, package, assemble, test, and screen semiconductors, ICs, and modules to ensure that they meet the rigors of outer space, and other environments. We are looking for a Statistical Process Control (SPC) Engineer. You will join the Operations Engineering team and be responsible for the execution of SPC processes which include planning and organization of control plans, channel set-up accuracy, alarm rules, response workflows, capability reporting, and timely control limit review.…
