New Product Development Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Provides engineering expertise for assigned projects to meet requirements. Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work. Plan and execute the product qualification and electrical test failure analysis. Assignments involve complex yield problem-solving and DOE skills. It may require resolving conflicts between product performance objectives and low-yield problems. May lead the technical aspect of a project or sub-project under the direction of the project leader, as well as provide guidelines to the junior engineer.
