About this role

ITSM Consultant Infotel UK is seeking an experienced ITSM (IT Service Management) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to analyze, design, and implement ITSM frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving overall IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities Assess client IT service management processes and recommend improvements based on best practices. Develop and implement ITSM strategies, including configuration of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms.
