About this role

Analyst – Acquisition Finance The Opportunity ING Acquisition Finance (AF) NL & DACH is looking to hire an Analyst. This is a challenging opportunity for a dynamic professional to join the AF team in Amsterdam. The AF team is part of Capital Markets & Advisory (CMA) and supports financial sponsors by providing various debt instruments to either acquire new businesses (‘leveraged buy-outs’) or to refinance/recapitalise their existing portfolio companies. The financing provided by the AF team is of a highly structured nature, usually taking the form of senior secured loans, but also often involving (subordinated) second lien debt and high yield bonds , and with the financings typically includ ing undrawn, committed working capital, and/or capex and acquisition lines.…
