About this role

As Strategy and Operations Officer, you will be the operating rhythm and execution discipline behind the Wholesale Banking (WB) Chief Data Office (CDO) organization. This role creates the structure that enables leadership to steer priorities, make informed decisions, and maintain transparency across strategy, finance, governance, risk, and communications. You will provide the organizational clarity and coordination needed to keep a complex data function aligned, controlled, and moving with purpose, ensuring that strategic ambitions are translated into disciplined execution across the WB CDO landscape.
