Job Description The Consumer Lending Tribe is dedicated to the development, management and harmonization of Consumer Lending products (Personal loan and “Cessione del Quinto"), services and processes, focusing on customer experience, profitability and effective cost management. The Consumer Lending Stageur will work in a team within the Agile organization, collaborating with other stakeholders to achieve the Tribe's purpose and will be engaged in supporting the team in the development and release of new solutions to ensure the improvement of customer value services. The stagiaire, working as a Customer Journey Expert in Agile Way of Working, as a part of the squad, has end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of the solutions.…
