About this role

Expertise Lead Segment Management (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben im Wesentlichen  Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Definition von Segmentstrategien, Value Propositions und Steuerungsmodellen über PI hinweg, z. B. für Affluent, Gen Z und weitere Kundensegmente.  Du entwickelst Value-Strategien konsequent weiter und stellst sicher, dass wir uns klar differenzieren und messbaren Business Impact erzielen.  Du definierst und schärfst Steuerungskennzahlen, inklusive Segment-KPIs und Performance-Frameworks.  Du arbeitest eng mit Product Tribes und Stakeholdern zusammen, entwickelst Produkte und Services und stellst die Umsetzung entlang der Change-Roadmap sicher.…
