Een dag in het leven van een Investment Expert Lead Generation We willen het referentiebeleggingshuis in België worden. Daarom focussen we op de groei van onze beleggingsoplossingen en ons beleggerscliënteel. In dit kader willen we meer tijd vrijmaken voor Personal Bankers om zich te concentreren op commerciële activiteiten door hun administratieve werklast te verminderen. Om onze commerciële efficiëntie te verhogen, lanceren we een nieuw team: het Investment Expert Lead Generation Team. Dit team ondersteunt alle Affluent-klanten (A+ segment) en verhoogt de klanttevredenheid door klantverzoeken sneller, efficiënter en gestandaardiseerd op te lossen, wat de klantervaring aanzienlijk verbetert.…
