SUMMARY The Vice President, Payroll & Billing is responsible for the overall leadership, direction and performance of the payroll and accounts receivable shared service organization (>85 team members), which serves each of our healthcare staffing brands. This role ensures our team provides accurate and timely services to pay our healthcare providers and corporate support staff, as well as bill and collect from our customers. Also, this role develops and implements strategies, internal controls, and operating procedures to support scalable and efficient service delivery across all brands, locations, and systems (Bullhorn, ADP, and Workday).
