As Employer Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a pipeline of employer partners, developing strong relationships that lead to long-term programme engagement. Working towards growth targets, you will identify and secure new public sector and not-for-profit organisations, create compelling partnership proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen and enhance the employer offer.
