About this role
Schedule: 8-hour rotating shifts, 7 days on, 2 off, 7 on, 2 off, 7 on, 3 off. Hourly Rate: $26.53 per hour (add overtime needed) and Quarterly Bonus. Benefits: Effective the first of the month post-hire - medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, plus a Health Savings Account (HSA). 401K Plan: Up to 3% match, plus additional 3.5% contribution. Safety Shoe Allotment: $250. The Process Operator will be responsible for the manufacturing and handling of raw materials and/or finished products at the plant.
