About this role

Employee Relations Administrator The Role As an Employee Relations Administrator, you will support a variety of administrative tasks relating to the Employee Relations business at Inizio. This includes locating and organising SharePoint files, creating standardised templates and letters, transfer of information from support systems such as ServiceNow and Navex, and creating draft communications from meeting notes. This role may also provide additional support in processing Excel data for various areas of the business and creating PowerPoint presentations to provide this data to senior-level leadership. This role will report to our Global Employee Relations Lead and will work on a hybrid basis, working partly remotely and partly from our office in Gurugram.…
