This role is office-based in Mexico. The role requires professional fluency in English (spoken and written). The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team while fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment. The Team Lead partners closely with the U.S. based leadership and acts as a bridge between management and the team. In addition to partnering with the U.S. based Leadership team on day-to-day operations, the Lead will manage assigned clients to launch Digital campaigns, perform daily and weekly analysis of reporting for active client offers, and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures.…
