Intapp’s Legal team is looking for an attorney to be based in our Charlotte, NC office to work with a small, fast-paced team that supports a global organization. Under the guidance of the Associate General Counsel, Commercial Affairs, this role provides a unique opportunity to hit the ground running on a variety of legal matters at a growing technology company. What you'll do: Draft, review and negotiate a variety of technology license/subscription agreements supporting international sales teams for both cloud-based solutions and on-premise software implementations.
