About this role

About eDerm is a complete dermatology practice software solution providing practice management (PM) and EHR (electronic health record) applications. We are hiring a self-motivated Software Trainer with experience training employees on medical software workflow/procedures. The successful Software Trainer will work directly with the software development team to ensure that the users understand the product and outlined procedures. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual who will fit into our ‘Get it done!’ culture. The job will require overtime hours as well as working off-hours during go lives.
