Job Details: Job Description: Packaging and Test Business Group (PBG) - AI Business and Solution Department is a newly established organization responsible for developing enterprise systems, AI solutions, and advanced analytics to support PBG business initiatives. We are seeking an experienced AI Software Development Engineer to strengthen our capabilities in AI system development, Large Language Model (LLM) and Agent AI integration, and DevOps infrastructure.
