Job Details: Job Description: Metrology Tool Owners are responsible for the technical ownership and optimization of critical measurement equipment in Intel's semiconductor manufacturing processes. These tools are a key component of delivering world class yields for our customers. As part of your role, you will work in the Thin Film Metrology area within a cross functional team, owning multiple metrology toolsets. In this role, key responsibilities include: Analyze equipment and process performance using data-driven and statistical methods, identify trends and outliers, and drive corrective actions to reduce variation.
