Job Description: Plays a vital role, liaison between various callers/patients and clinics. Serves as first point of contact for patients. Greets patients, obtains demographic information, verifies insurance eligibility, and conveys messages. Also serves as final contact for patients ensuring all needs have been met. Detail-oriented, organized, team player, compassionate, excellent customer service, good verbal and written skills. Associate will work under standard processes in documenting patient needs within electronic health record in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
