The Fiscal Affairs Department (FAD) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the IMF Southeast Europe Regional Technical Assistance Center (SEETAC) has an opening for a Regional Tax Policy Advisor based in Rome, Italy. The advisor will support the implementation of the IMF’s regional capacity development (CD) program in tax policy, developed in close collaboration with FAD, SEETAC management, and SEETAC member countries Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. The advisor will deliver CD to SEETAC member countries, advancing reforms aimed at improving tax policy design with respect to efficiency and equity objectives, and strengthening tax policy monitoring, evaluation and institutions.…
