The Resident Advisor will support the member countries of the IMF-Africa Training Institute (ATI) to develop human and institutional capacities related to analysis, policy, and program design and address critical economic challenges and policy issues that span different branches of economics. The primary task of the Macroeconomic Resident Advisors is to enhance the economic and policy-making capacity of the 45 sub-Saharan African member countries. The ATI provides training in the formulation and implementation of macroeconomic and financial policies to government officials through courses and seminars. Courses are designed to address the policy challenges faced by countries in the sub-Saharan Africa region.…
