Ce que vous ferez As a Sales Assistant at Inyad , you will play a key role in supporting the sales team. You’ll work closely with sales representatives to qualify prospects, schedule meetings, manage sales documents (quotes and invoices), and track sales performance. This position requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and a customer-focused, results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for Identify and qualify prospects in coordination with the sales team. Update and maintain the client and prospect database (CRM). Schedule meetings and product demos for sales reps. Prepare and follow up on quotes until validation. Issue and send invoices to clients. Follow up with clients for overdue payments.
