JOB OVERVIEW Job Profile Summary The Associate Participant Payments Lead functions as the primary liaison for our global portfolios, cultivating and managing client relationships at the study level, specifically to patient payments. This role entails supervising the communication of study protocols, timelines, sponsor reporting, and the initial configuration of a proprietary software system crucial for executing patient payments. Responsibilities Essential Functions Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsor(s) and associated studies. Manage the project timeline, identify/pursue change orders and coordinate with other stakeholders, as necessary.
