Job Overview The Customer Service – Client Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our Sales Team and ensuring exceptional service for our Enterprise client accounts. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development Directors to streamline sales processes, manage customer requests, and ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and high‑quality support. Responsibilities Client Support & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries related to sales activities, orders, and account needs.
