About this role

This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand and will prioritise candidates not requiring visa sponsorship. This is a 1 year contract role, and renewal or conversion is dependent on business needs. Responsibilities Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize delivery of a high-quality team/department monitoring service, ensuring achievement of individual/team/department targets, aligning with company strategies. Manage, develop, coach, and motivate team members to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and project targets are met.
