About this role

Job Overview Provide 24×7 support for IQVIA’s enterprise network environment, encompassing complex WAN/LAN and in-house voice infrastructure. Responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network equipment such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco SDWAN, routers, switches, wireless access points (WAPs), wireless LAN controllers (WLCs), Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco Voice (CUCM), Cisco ISE and F5 load balancers. Job Description: Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies. Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN and wireless solutions. Familiarity with network monitoring tools (DNAC, vManage, SolarWinds, NetFlow). Basic understanding of F5 load balancing and Cisco Voice. Intermediate knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls.…
