About this role

Job Overview Ensures that the quality of task completion is acceptable and accurate by reviewing the daily work produced by the team. Ensures that the work is meeting the required specifications/procedures and requirements through daily audits. Essential Functions Responsible for auditing quality and providing feedback to Service Delivery Team. Prepares QA daily, weekly and monthly reports and interacts with operations and support groups regarding quality improvements. Ensure adherence to client standards and recommends/develops actions plans/process improvements, if necessary to contain and correct quality problems. Organize process documents and make sure it is always up to date. Perform regular and special audits as requested by Client Teams to suit their need.…
