Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring needs across Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Back Office, and other BPO operational functions. This role works closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates while meeting hiring targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
