About this role
Provide support for all HR functions across the Inspire Brands Operations and Support Centers. Ensure compliance throughout all Inspire Brands affiliates and protect the company with consistency, adherence to regulations and laws. This position will also be responsible for defined processes within Talent Management and various administrative tasks as assigned. The People Link Specialist will develop a working knowledge of Background Checks, the I-9 process, and data integrity. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats.…
