For a very successful, international, technology-driven investment firm with a strong entrepreneurial culture, we are currently building an in-house recruiting function and are looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist / Talent Sourcer to take full ownership of external recruiting. This role sits close to the business and senior leadership and is designed for someone who enjoys active sourcing, pipeline building and execution in a fast-paced environment. The Role You will act as an individual contributor with clear ownership of sourcing and recruiting processes for highly specialized profiles across technology and quantitative disciplines.
